Job summary

Tommy Bahama in Newport Beach is looking for a store leader to inspire the team, deliver world-class guest service, and execute seasonal merchandising. You will coach and onboard staff, maintain brand standards, and guide guests toward a true island life experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail leadership with strong communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Flexible scheduling is required, including some nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience with exposure to merchandising and visual concepts.
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Get things done mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural collaborator and initiative-taker.
• Willing to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by executing merchandising and visual standards.
• Set the course by defining performance expectations, coaching, and growth programs.
