Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of all food and beverage menus, ingredients, preparation methods and presentation.
• Verify IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service as required by law.
• Maintain stock levels and inventory for perishables and spirits.
