Qualifications

• Valid ANSI Food Safety Manager certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package and serve hot and cold menu items.
• Lead at site; train staff; schedule substitutes.
• Maintain sanitation of facilities and equipment.
• Cook main dishes following recipes and menus.
