Job summary

Sigmatech in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced ISD professional to design and deliver instructor-led training for IQC, supporting the 319th Combat Training Squadron at Peterson SFB. You will develop curricula, assess needs, mentor instructors, and drive faculty development.

Qualifications

• Experience designing new lesson plans and updating courses.
• Experience conducting curriculum needs assessment.
• Experience with faculty development and instructional coaching.
• Experience with learning models and educational psychology.
• Experience designing classroom instruction, self-paced training, and blended courses.
• Experience managing ISD projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training consistent with ISD satisfying government training requirements.
• Coordinate development and design of media used in the lessons created by the SME.
• Research existing course content and propose new or updated course materials, applying best practices and learning principles.
• Design and develop lessons, certification criteria, exercises, case studies, briefings, testing, feedback evaluations, and other learning activities for the IQC.
• Conduct Quality Inspections and informal observations of contractor instructors, providing constructive feedback and support for development.
• Review and evaluate 319 CTS courseware to ensure compliance with the Curriculum Development Guide.
• Coordinate ISD activities with the division chief, training managers and government training personnel.
• Additional duties as assigned.
