Job summary

Linchpin Solutions in Quantico, VA is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer to support the Marine Corps eLearning Ecosystem (MCeLE). You will create engaging training using the ADDIE framework and collaborate with Academic Officers to design instructor‑led, synchronous and asynchronous courses.

Required: a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3–10 years of instructional design experience, plus Moodle and LMS operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education.
• 3–10 years of instructional design experience.
• Experience with Moodle and LMS Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum, lead live demonstrations, and assist Academic Officers with user testing.
• Extensive ISD expertise to validate the technical performance of instructor-led, synchronous and asynchronous delivery.
• Develop, instruct, revise, and maintain course materials.
• Perform curriculum reviews, courseware development, and multimedia enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
