Honeywell Aerospace is offering a Summer 2027 URDP internship in Phoenix, AZ for students in ISC Engineering and Supply Chain tracks. The program provides a three‑month project aligned with the student's major and prepares them for future Aerospace Development Program opportunities.

Responsibilities include supporting delivery execution, driving process improvements, working with senior engineers, and presenting results to executive management.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the listed engineering or computer science majors.
• Must attain degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• U.S. permanent resident or asylee/refugee status required per U.S. export control laws.

• Assist production and operations to successfully execute deliveries to customers.
• Drive process improvement projects to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with world‑class engineers on new aerospace technologies.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Honeywell Aerospace URDP offers a summer intern program for positions in ISC Engineering and Supply Chain career paths. The summer internship program is designed to provide the candidate with a three-month project assignment that is related to their major and prepare them for future full-time opportunities in the Aerospace Development Program. This is provided for students to help gain a broad appreciation of Aerospace's end-to-end business and the importance of customer approachability, meeting program milestones, making processes more efficient, driving production plans, and improving product quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist production and operations to successfully execute deliveries to our customers
• Drive process improvement projects to drive efficiency and reduce waste
• Work with world-class engineers on new Aerospace technology
• Provide engineering assistance where needed
• Interact with various levels of management to achieve internship objectives
• Present at the end of internship to executive management

Location: This position is available in Poenix, AZ.

The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.

The hourly base range for this position is $25.00/hr - $40.25/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science
• Must attain degree between December 2027- June 2028
• Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Honeywell Aerospace is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
