Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace invites students to join its URDP summer internship in ISC Engineering and Supply Chain. The program provides a three-month project related to the student’s major and prepares for future full-time opportunities in the Aerospace Development Program.

Interns will work with world-class engineers, drive process improvements, and gain exposure to end-to-end aerospace operations. Relocation benefits and short-term housing are offered for those over 50 miles away.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science
• Degree expected between December 2027 and June 2028
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• U.S. permanent resident or asylum/refugee status required

• Assist production and operations to execute deliveries to customers
• Drive process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with world-class engineers on new aerospace technology

About The Role

The Honeywell Aerospace URDP offers a summer intern program for positions in ISC Engineering and Supply Chain career paths. The summer internship program is designed to provide the candidate with a three-month project assignment that is related to their major and prepare them for future full-time opportunities in the Aerospace Development Program. This is provided for students to help gain a broad appreciation of Aerospace’s end-to-end business and the importance of customer approachability, meeting program milestones, making processes more efficient, driving production plans, and improving product quality.

• Assist production and operations to successfully execute deliveries to our customers
• Drive process improvement projects to drive efficiency and reduce waste
• Work with world-class engineers on new Aerospace technology
• Provide engineering assistance where needed
• Interact with various levels of management to achieve internship objectives
• Present at the end of internship to executive management

Location: This position is available in Poenix, AZ. The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications. The hourly base range for this position is $25.00/hr - $40.25/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science
• Must attain degree between December 2027- June 2028
• Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
