Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials in Orange, TX is seeking an ISC Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production systems, respond to breakdowns, and support continuous improvement while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment such as compressors, seals, packing, pumps, etc.; fixed equipment such as steam tracing of vessel or piping, bolt torquing, flanged connections or mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

The ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

SCHEDULE

• Typically includes shift work, weekends, and overtime as needed

COMPENSATION

The annual base pay range for this position is $94,586 to $118,158 . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
