Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Human Resources Director who partners with ISC leaders to translate operational priorities into workforce, talent, and culture actions. You will coordinate execution across locations and HR teams, lead workforce planning, and guide leaders through performance and organizational changes.

• Partner with ISC leaders to build and execute annual and long-range people plans aligned with priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession, talent reviews, leadership development, and critical hiring for the portfolio.
• Guide leaders through employee relations, performance, restructuring, and change-management matters with specialist teams.
• Identify organizational health and capability gaps using people and business analytics and recommend targeted interventions.
• Coordinate HR Generalist and center-of-expertise support and ensure issues are resolved swiftly.
• Coach leaders to strengthen accountability, engagement, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness.

The Integrated Supply Chain Human Resources Director is a strategic HR partner to designated ISC leaders and organizations. The role converts operational priorities into workforce, talent, organization, and culture actions while coordinating consistent execution across locations and HR teams.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with ISC leaders to build and execute annual and long-range people plans aligned with safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and growth priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession, talent reviews, leadership development, and critical hiring for the assigned portfolio.
• Guide leaders through employee relations, performance, restructuring, and change-management matters in partnership with specialist teams.
• Identify organizational health and capability gaps using people and business analytics and recommend targeted interventions.
• Coordinate HR Generalist and center-of-expertise support, clarify roles, and ensure issues are resolved with speed and consistency.
• Coach leaders to strengthen accountability, engagement, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness.

• Experience in a multi-site, global, or highly matrixed environment.
