Job summary

Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to support a premier federal law enforcement client, providing leadership for the ISaaS program. The role focuses on cybersecurity, data intelligence, and secure IT operations, coordinating across government stakeholders in the National Capitol Region (DC/MD/VA).

The candidate will lead technical teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction while developing QA programs and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience managing IT projects/programs in federal/high-security environments
• Experience supervising technical teams and delivering complex IT/cybersecurity services
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and RMF
• Strong communication skills with government stakeholders and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ISaaS program teams to align with mission objectives, schedules, and performance goals
• Oversee one or more projects or programs and supervise professional and technical staff across disciplines
• Maintain aggressive efforts to meet objectives while ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor staff to foster professional growth and operational excellence
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance programs for program deliverables
• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified staff to support current and future needs
• Monitor subcontractor performance, funding levels, and forecast financials
• Prepare and deliver required reports to leadership and government stakeholders
• Assess risks and security programs to support effective security operations
• Apply RMF processes to manage information security incidents and minimize risk
• Collaborate with government teams to conduct cybersecurity operations across agencies
• Create SOPs with government personnel to enhance security operations and compliance
• Deploy security best practices resulting from cybersecurity assessments
