Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a HydroBlaster/Field Technician III to perform hydroblasting, water treatment setup, and related field duties at customer sites. You will represent HPC-Industrial, ensuring safety and quality in all tasks and coordinating with clients.

Responsibilities include operating hydroblasting gear, maintaining equipment, and supporting hazardous material handling while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have basic safety training and on-the-job experience.
• Understand English to follow safety instructions and respond in emergencies.
• Valid driver license required for company vehicle use.
• TWIC credential or ability to obtain TWIC.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydroblasting equipment and support water treatment setups.
• Run and maintain hydroblasting and chemical cleaning gear.
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous material disposal.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and peripherals.
• Support field operations at customer sites as needed.

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a HydroBlaster/Field Technician III to work at various customer locations, and to join their safety conscious team!This team member is responsible for the successful execution of setting up and assisting with water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing and various other responsibilities. TheHydroBlaster/Field Technician III serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Hands-on operation of manual and automated Hydroblasting equipment;
• Operation of special equipment, such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps;
• Operate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized Hydroblasting and/or Chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment being used on the job;
• May be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations;
• Conduct routine and required maintenance on the unit and all peripherals, including industrial vacuuming equipment and the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials;
• Perform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job;
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs;
• Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations;
• Valid driver license and other requirements of company’s driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business;
• OSHA certification may be required for this job;
• Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers;
• May have to provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
