Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, program, optimize, and test new and existing building systems both on-site and remotely
  • Document and communicate technical issues and solutions to the project delivery team
  • Conduct site surveys and develop energy conservation measures
  • Utilize commissioning software to document and oversee functional performance tests
  • Collaborate with project delivery team partners to ensure energy conservation measures are implemented effectively
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in HVAC, Energy Management, Building Automation, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 10 years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, or building automation systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning software platforms
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, or ASHRAE
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification
  • Experience in building automation systems design and programming
  • Certifications in building automation systems platforms such as Siemens Insight or Desigo, JCI Metasys, or Schneider Ecostruxure BSO
