Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking an IS Team Lead for the AMC Conference Center to guide cross-functional teams and ensure audiovisual and information systems delivery aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's equivalent work experience.
• 5 years relative experience.
• Experience in leading Information Services projects.
• Experience in delivering formal presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Healthcare knowledge and/or experience.
• Knowledge of business areas, especially those represented on team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead audiovisual expert for the AMC Conference Center, coordinating between technical and client teams to meet production goals.
• Manage the project portfolio: plans, timeframes, resources and budgets; assign tasks; generate status reports; oversee vendors and IS staff.
• Ensure design and quality standards; verify system testing, user/docs, and training.
• Provide high-level technical and analytical expertise for development, implementation, and ongoing use of applications.
• Understand client departments' operations; work with analysts and vendors to implement effective solutions.
• Maintain support documentation; monitor tickets and change requests; drive improvements for client satisfaction.
• Maintain positive client relationships and manage expectations.
• Continually develop professional and technical skills.
