Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Logistics Manager with a strong background in Supply Chain and Logistics to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving technology initiatives within our Distribution Center operations, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams to define and deliver solutions aligned with Supply Chain and Logistics goals
• Lead business analysis activities for projects involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and integration tools
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and project team members
• Provide detailed documentation, testing, and training as needed

Qualifications

Required

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in IS&T, including prior roles as a Business Analyst or Consultant
• Hands-on experience with:
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Integration tools and other Distribution Center technologies
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and dynamic project environments
• Ability to work independently and communicate progress effectively

Preferred

• Experience in a consulting environment
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• French language skills or willingness to learn
