Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking personnel to assist in the installation and maintenance of information systems at its Memphis facilities.

The role involves data entry, creating user documentation, and providing training to staff on new systems. Candidates should have basic IT skills and be prepared for ongoing education and hands-on support within a healthcare MIS environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience administering networks, servers and client PCs; experience with database programming and office suite software; prior healthcare MIS environment preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience administering networks, servers and client personal computers; experience with database programming, and office suite software; prior healthcare MIS environment preferred
• Knowledge: Computer hardware and software skills. LAN/WAN knowledge. Knowledge of camera and DVR systems required. Ability to use personal computers, printers, PBX, facsimile machines, photocopy machine, calculator, and typewriter.
