## IS Project Manager**Location:** Washington or Alaska | Hybrid **Start Date:** October 19, 2026 **Duration:** 1-year contract with intention to convert to full-time### The OpportunityWe’re partnering with a large healthcare organization seeking an experienced **IS Project Manager** to lead multiple medium-sized technology projects from planning through implementation and go-live.This role is ideal for a Project Manager with experience working in complex healthcare environments who is comfortable managing multiple initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.### What You’ll Do* Manage multiple Information Systems and technology projects simultaneously* Develop and maintain project charters, project plans, budgets, timelines, and work breakdown structures* Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure milestones and deliverables stay on track* Lead projects through implementation, deployment, and go-live* Partner closely with technical, operational, clinical, and business stakeholders* Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and drive appropriate resolution* Conduct root cause analysis and support process improvement initiatives* Prepare project updates and present status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders* Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organizational goals### What We’re Looking For* Healthcare project management experience **required*** Experience managing Information Systems, IT, or technology-related projects* Experience within biomedical engineering, clinical engineering, or related healthcare technology environments **strongly preferred*** High-level understanding of biomedical or clinical engineering environments preferred* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills* Experience developing and maintaining project charters, plans, budgets, schedules, and other project documentation* Experience leading teams through implementation and go-live* Root cause analysis and process improvement experience* Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership* Must currently reside in **Washington or Alaska**### Engagement DetailsThis is a **1-year contract opportunity with the intention to convert to a full-time position**.
