ENFRA is seeking an IS Design Manager to oversee design production from development handoff to construction closeout on energy infrastructure projects. You will lead the design team, ensure schedule alignment, and meet energy outcomes, while maintaining client satisfaction.
Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management, 5+ years in design with MEP/building automation, strong leadership and communication, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and travel about 25% to sites.

The IS Design Manager is responsible for the design production throughout the life cycle of a project from development handoff to construction closeout. This position ensures that the project is delivered efficiently and effectively in accordance with the schedule and energy outcomes while exceeding the client’s expectations. The manager is also responsible for the utilization of the production staff assigned to the project team.

Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles.
Site survey activities at project sites.
Quiet environments.
Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
Noisy environments.
Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.
