ENFRA is seeking an IS Design Manager to lead design production throughout project life cycles from development handoff to construction closeout. The role ensures efficient, safe delivery while aligning with schedule and energy outcomes and supervising production staff assigned to the team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 5+ years of experience in design related fields, with strong leadership and communication skills.

• Assists in tracking labor hours and budgets, reviews time entries for accuracy, and contributes to resource planning.

Overview

The IS Design Manager is responsible for the design production throughout the life cycle of a project from development handoff to construction closeout. This position ensures that the project is delivered efficiently and effectively in accordance with the schedule and energy outcomes while exceeding the client’s expectations. The manager is also responsible for the utilization of the production staff assigned to the project team.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Engineering Intern (EI) certification and/or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Travel Requirements

• 25% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.

• Climbing stairs.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles.
• Site survey activities at project sites.

• Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind; Noisy environments.

Physical Demands

• Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range

USD $118,625.00 - USD $152,660.00 /Yr.
