Job summary

IRVINE BAEKJEONG LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking a friendly Host/Cashier to welcome guests, present menus, and guide them to their seats while maintaining a clean, organized front of house.

You will handle payments (cash, credit, gift cards), answer phones, assist restaurant staff, and keep the register balanced at shift end. Prior cash handling and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience handling cash and operating a POS system preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills desired.

Job description

The host/cashier position will greet customers as they enter the restaurant, gives them menus, and shows them to their seat. They handle phone calls and customer inquiries about the restaurant and menu and assist various restaurant staff when necessary.
