Job summary

CCS Facility Services in Irvine, CA is seeking a Day Porter to maintain clean and orderly common areas in office buildings and other facilities. The role is full-time with a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:30pm, offering daily pay options via DailyPay.

You will perform routine cleaning tasks, report safety issues, and support building engineers as needed. Ideal candidates are punctual and dependable, with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Maintain common areas of office buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Availability Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm.
• Location Irvine, CA

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors
• Polish chrome on lobby doors
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash
• Clean restrooms twice daily
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles
• Sweep building entrances
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons
• Assist building Engineer daily per Management discretion
