Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience, electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Current Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, and maintain irrigation systems and valves.
• Monitor electrical circuits, motors, and fuses.
• Conduct routine maintenance of irrigation machines.

Skills

Knowledge of irrigation practices

Troubleshooting technical problems

Bilingual skills (English and Spanish)

Knowledge of welding and metallurgy techniques

Knowledge of hydraulic water valves

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certified Agricultural Irrigations Specialist (CAIS)
