Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC is seeking an Irrigation Technician to maintain and repair irrigation systems, communicating with the team to ensure quality work and timely service. The role requires experience in landscape water management, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift materials.

You will handle administrative tasks and support sales with cost estimates. We offer a full-time position in Minnesota with competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities across our network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Landscape Water Management Operations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Creative problem solving and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Bilingual - Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Business Manager, sales team and others to ensure high communication, quality and efficiency.
• Complete daily administrative tasks including inventory tracking and time entry.
• Follow company procedures, safety rules and personnel policies.
• Perform irrigation maintenance and repair tasks; diagnose issues and adjust heads.
• Estimate costs and assist sales team to grow irrigation revenue.
• Document start-ups and winterization in irrigation software and report to client.
• Monitor service schedules and notify client of delays or issues.
• Maintain clean work areas, vehicles and equipment; ensure safety at all times.
• Assist with seasonal snow/ice removal duties when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
