Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous irrigation or landscaping experience preferred.
• 1+ years of field or labor experience (irrigation experience a plus).
• Knowledge of irrigation tools, systems, and basic plumbing concepts.
• Willingness to participate in in-house training.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance – Inspect sprinkler systems, repair leaks, replace broken sprinkler heads, adjust timers, ensure proper system operation.
• Install irrigation systems – Assist with installation of pipes, valves, sprinkler heads, and control systems according to project specifications.
• Conduct system diagnostics – Identify issues such as water pressure problems, electrical malfunctions, or damaged components and provide effective solutions.
• Manage paperwork – Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer information.
• Maintain cleanliness – Keep work areas clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
