Job summary

Qualifications

1-2 years working with Agricultural Farm Equipment preferred and/or 1 year working experience with irrigation operations.
Proven experience in electrical, construction, or commercial environments is required
Must be able to follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist with assembling, inspecting, cleaning, and replacing irrigation pump and motor equipment.
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on pumps, valves, and fittings.
Conduct preventive maintenance such as oiling motors and greasing pumps.
Support setup for new water well development (excavation, PVC installation).
Operate basic heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts, service trucks).
Perform general farm maintenance: cleaning, painting, minor irrigation fixes.
