Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking an Irrigation Technician I to join the Landscape Maintenance Team in Peoria, AZ. The role focuses on irrigation system components, watering schedules, and daily logs under supervision.

The ideal candidate will have basic irrigation knowledge, be able to operate timers, communicate well with the team, and show a willingness to learn. This is a full-time position with benefits and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months to two years irrigation experience preferred.
• Certifications a plus.
• Knowledge of native and desert plants, water needs, and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for irrigation system components and watering schedules.
• Follow directions from Foreman and Irrigation Manager and assist team members.
• Monitor weather and plant needs to anticipate water requirements.
• Maintain safety and report unsafe conditions.
• Record water meter readings and repair needs; keep logs and reports.
