Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, part of Troon, in St. George, UT, seeks a full-time Irrigation Technician to operate, service, and repair our complex irrigation system on a hospitality-focused property.

The role performs preventive maintenance, winterization, and checks of sprinkler heads, with safety and reliability as priorities. A college/technical certificate or related experience is required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operates, services, and repairs the irrigation system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on irrigation components and water features.
• Inventory and stock irrigation parts and tools to minimize downtime.
• Maintain pump station knowledge and repair irrigation leaks and control wiring.
• Conduct monthly sprinkler head checks and winterization/blowout of the system.
• Prioritize irrigation breaks and maintain a daily repair log.
• Practice safe work methods and maintain regular attendance.
