Job description

Overview of Daily Duties: Irrigation Technicians usually work independently or on small crews and are responsible for loading and securing the equipment and goods they use. Technicians follow a regular maintenance schedule to ensure vehicles and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition for daily operations. Technicians meet every morning with the Production Manager for assignments, review instructions for each job, and load materials needed for each stop. Technicians report to the Production Manager to review work performed at the end of the shift.

  • Ability to conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing irrigation systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for system issues
  • Site evaluation and assessment capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations
