Job summary

Peak Landscape, Inc. is seeking an Irrigation Technician to maintain and repair irrigation systems for commercial and residential properties. The role includes on-site work to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities include spring start-up, mid-season inspections, winterization and repairs, plus reporting on site conditions and system performance. A valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as an Irrigation Technician.
• Experience with irrigation systems (manual and automated).
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Physical ability to lift ~50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair complex irrigation systems for commercial and residential customers.
• Understand basic pipe sizing and irrigation components and design.
• Repair and maintain valves, tracing electrical components, and perform pump repairs.
• Spring start-up.
• Mid-season inspections.
• Winterization and blow-out.
• Identify hot spots and adjust systems accordingly.
• Install or repair controllers that operate irrigation systems.
• Inspect properties and generate reports to ensure proper service.
