Job summary

United Land Services (ULS) is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to install, service, and repair irrigation systems for commercial landscapes. You will troubleshoot conventional and two-wire systems, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

In this role you’ll drive between job sites, adhere to OSHA standards, and work outdoors in varying conditions. Competitive pay, benefits, and consistent weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required; role may involve driving between job sites and operating company vehicles.
• Working knowledge of conventional and two-wire irrigation systems.
• Ability to understand and interpret blueprints.
• Compliance with OSHA and Federal/State DOT safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform new irrigation system installations and provide general service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair conventional and two-wire systems using specialized tools and devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair controllers, wire paths, decoders, wire connections and grounding.
• Repair and replace rotor and spray heads, valves, and pipe breaks from ½” – 6”.
• Utilize blueprint knowledge to execute tasks effectively.
• Ensure adherence to production and maintenance schedules without compromising customer service or quality.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites and uphold safety standards.

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for new irrigation system installations, as well as general service, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of previously installed irrigation systems. Your expertise will ensure that irrigation systems are functional and efficient, contributing to the overall success of our landscaping services.
