Job summary

United Land Services is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to perform new installations, routine maintenance, and repairs on existing irrigation systems. The role requires troubleshooting, blueprint interpretation, and adherence to OSHA and DOT safety standards while servicing diverse properties across the region.

The position involves driving between job sites with a valid license, ensuring timely completion, and upholding quality and customer service throughout all tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required to travel between job sites and operate company vehicles.
• Working knowledge of conventional and two-wire irrigation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Compliance with OSHA and Federal/State DOT safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform new irrigation system installations and provide general service and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair conventional and two-wire systems using specialized tools.
• Troubleshoot controllers, wire paths, decoders, wire connections and grounding.
• Repair and replace rotor and spray heads, valves, and pipes (½”–6”).
• Use blueprints to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain adherence to production and maintenance schedules and quality standards.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites and follow safety protocols.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for new irrigation system installations, as well as general service, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of previously installed irrigation systems. Your expertise will ensure that irrigation systems are functional and efficient, contributing to the overall success of our landscaping services.

Responsibilities

• Perform new irrigation system installations and provide general service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair conventional and two-wire systems using specialized tools and devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair controllers, wire paths, decoders, wire connections and grounding
• Repair and replace rotor and spray heads, valves, and pipe breaks from ½” – 6”.
• Utilize blueprint knowledge to execute tasks effectively.
• Ensure adherence to production and maintenance schedules without compromising customer service or quality.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites and uphold safety standards.
