Ernst Irrigation in Northwest Oregon is hiring an Irrigation Technician to join our team. You will be maintaining, servicing, installing, and troubleshooting irrigation equipment for our customers.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of irrigation systems. Full-time position with potential for overtime and seasonal workload, serving farm and agricultural customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience with irrigation systems is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working around farm, agriculture, or irrigation equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and service on irrigation equipment.
• Install and configure irrigation equipment, including pivots and linears.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with the installation of new irrigation systems as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Help ensure the safe and efficient operation of irrigation equipment.
• Provide dependable service to farm and agriculture customers throughout the area.

Ernst Irrigationis hiring an Irrigation Technicianto join our team in Northwest Oregon. In this role you will be maintaining, servicing, installing, and troubleshooting irrigation equipment for our customers.

We are full service Agricultural Irrigation, Tractor and Electrical dealership located in St. Paul, OR (about 10 minutes NW of Woodburn, Oregon and 30 miles SW of Portland, Oregon). We design and sell Irrigation systems and equipment, sell Tractors, Mowers and implements, stock parts, and service what we sell. We have a family-like atmosphere, caring for each other and having strong relationships with our customers.
