The company is seeking an experienced Irrigation Crew Lead to join its growing team. Responsibilities

• Perform spring turn-ons and winterizations of irrigation systems
• Program irrigation controllers both in the field and remotely
• Design and install irrigation systems, including plumbing and electrical connections
• Inspect, audit, and adjust systems to ensure maximum efficiency and water conservation
• Troubleshoot, renovate, and repair irrigation systems as needed
• Meet with clients on job sites to discuss project requirements and progress
• Manage jobs to budget by regularly reviewing job hours, reports, and costs, and taking appropriate action
• Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment in good working order
• Organize and stock service vehicles with necessary parts and tools
• Accurately complete paperwork on work performed in a timely manner
• Contribute to a safe work environment by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Interact with homeowners, property guests, clients, and the public in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Prior experience in irrigation
• Knowledge of irrigation equipment and products
• Strong time management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to hold a DOT Medical Card

Hours are Monday through Thursday with a start time of 6:45AM. (Some occasional weekends.) While this position itself may only be seasonal, we have year-round work available!

Pay is $20-$30/hr with the option of benefits and salary for the right candidate!
