We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Irrigation Maintenance Technician responsible for installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of underground sprinkler systems.

This role requires knowledge of underground sprinkler systems and physical abilities such as strength, manual dexterity, and wrist-finger movement to perform essential functions.

The technician performs detailed monthly irrigation inspections, notes deficiencies, and makes repairs as needed. Troubleshooting and retrofit knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license
• High School diploma /GED
• 2-5 years experience as an irrigation technician
• Two forms of ID
• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions if safe

Duties and Responsibilities

• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Conduct scheduled monthly irrigation inspections
• Troubleshoot wiring issues
• Upgrade existing irrigation systems
• Install new irrigation systems
• Complete paperwork promptly
• Maintain vehicle and equipment
• Communicate with managers daily
• Work independently or in a team

This is a full-time position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
