Job summary

Lawn Management Company is seeking an Irrigation Technician to install, maintain, and restore irrigation systems in a safe manner. This full-time role is based in Southwest Houston (77031) with weekly pay.

The successful candidate will work with the Irrigation Manager and team to ensure high-quality, compliant irrigation solutions. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year in irrigation, a valid drivers license, and preferred licenses (TCEQ Irrigation/Technician, backflow).

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with clean record and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Minimum 1 year of irrigation and drainage field experience.
• TCEQ Irrigation License or Technician License preferred.
• Backflow license a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect and repair irrigation systems.
• Ensure irrigation repairs are done correctly, on time, and in accordance with local/state codes.
• Maintain paperwork on projects, work orders, and issues.
• Adhere to LMC quality standards and safety policies.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, or emergencies.
• Communicate daily with Irrigation Manager and team members as needed.
• Inspect company equipment, property and vehicle daily.
