As a Conserva Technician, you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will primarily be responsible for assessing irrigation systems and diagnosing repairs by troubleshooting issues and offering enhancements that will make existing systems more efficient by adding or installing smart irrigation controllers and flow sensing equipment. You will see it all in this role and will have tons of opportunity to learn and excel on the job.

Technician Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate system layouts and issues
2. Valve and manifold repair and rebuilding
3. Installing high-tech smart irrigation controllers
4. Adding on to existing systems
5. Install micro and drip irrigation installation and enhancements

Learning on the Job:

1. Work independently, yet be part of a team
2. Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES sales process
3. Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA sales process
4. Advance to a Sales Technician role

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and baseline proficiency required
2. Clean driving record
3. Results-oriented
4. Motivation to earn production bonuses
5. Great attitude with a desire for growth
6. Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
