Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding irrigation products via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot product issues and recommend appropriate solutions and replacement parts
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on special projects and provide feedback on product quality
  • Publish technical support articles for the company’s website
  • Record and categorize incoming customer questions by type and region
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the landscape irrigation, agricultural, or landscape lighting industries
  • Associate's degree in Landscape and Irrigation Design, Lighting Design, or equivalent experience
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills, including knowledge of Wi-Fi systems and basic electrical principles
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer relations skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and work overtime or weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Irrigation Association certification and water auditor training
  • Knowledge of competitor products in the irrigation and lighting industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, or another foreign language
