• Knowledge of seasonal maintenance like winterizing and start-up procedures.
• Communicate effectively with managers, coworkers, and partners; follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal maintenance, including winterizing and spring start-up.
• Operate heavy equipment safely during routine and complex tasks.
• Respond to work orders, prioritize and coordinate with managers/partners.
• Maintain documentation and reports using electronic devices and written records.
• Inspect and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment for safety and readiness.
• Support exterior maintenance including snow and ice management.
