Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services seeks an Irrigation Superintendent for Mt. Olivet Cemetery-Wheat Ridge, CO and Saint Simeon Cemetery in Aurora. You will operate and maintain wells, reservoirs, ditches, and pipelines, ensuring compliance with local decrees and church values.

The role requires blueprint literacy, irrigation certifications, and 5–7 years of related experience with 2–3 years in leadership. Weekend/evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints, schematics and shop drawings.
• Certifications in irrigation management warranted.
• At least 5–7 years of related experience with 2–3 years in lead or supervisory role; OR equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilités

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am–3:30pm.
• Maintain Mt. Olivet and Saint Simeon locations.
• Create labor and material estimates for repairs and order equipment.
• Manage and maintain ditch laterals, pipelines, reservoirs, wells and pump houses.
• Develop reports on water usage to optimize productivity and costs.
• Read blueprints and shop drawings to review project scope and permits.
• Supervise and perform maintenance on sprinkler systems and controllers.
• Respond to emergency requests during and after hours.
