Qualifications

• Two years of irrigation scheduling, service coordination, and billing experience.
• Working knowledge of irrigation systems, terminology, and backflow testing.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule irrigation startups, inspections, repairs, and backflow testing.
• Coordinate daily routes with technicians, crews, customers, and departments.
• Prepare and submit billing documents, and track statuses.
• Maintain records and ensure backflow test reports are submitted on time.
• Provide outbound customer outreach to promote services.
