SolveNow Inc. is seeking an Irrigation Pump Station Mechanic in The Villages, FL. You will install, service, and repair pumps, motors, and related equipment, and work with 240/480 AC/DC control systems and SCADA for monitoring.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, detail orientation, safety consciousness, and the ability to read blueprints and follow instructions. You must lift up to 80 pounds and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Experience with installing, repairing, and maintaining pumps, motors, and related equipment.
• Ability to inspect and determine operating conditions and needed repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and written instructions.
• Experience with 240/480 AC/DC control systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems and data interpretation.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and use power tools.

Responsibilities

• Installs, overhauls, repairs, and maintains pumps, motors, engines, meters, and valves.
• Revamps pump stations and maintains 240/480V electrical control panels.
• Maintains well motors and AC/DC control systems; uses power tools.
• Keeps service records and reviews work orders for priority and completeness.
• Participates in safe practices, including confined space entries.
