Job summary
Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Irrigation Production Manager for the Northern VA Maintenance team, reporting to the Irrigation Manager and based at the Gainesville, VA branch. You will lead multiple irrigation crews, train staff, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely service delivery and quality workmanship.
The role requires hands-on supervision, scheduling, and coaching of crews, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial irrigation systems.
- Must have at least three years of experience dealing directly with service customers.
- At least three years of experience managing irrigation crews and multiple projects.
- Experience with Excel and Word.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record over the last three years.
Responsibilities
- Manage all irrigation services, coordinating materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to produce quality work.
- Create and communicate daily irrigation schedule for all service crews and management as needed.
- Approve employees' time daily.
- Ensure crews are delivering quality work in the field.
- Order materials and manage equipment.
