Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and quality control of irrigation repairs.
• Manage, train, coach, and mentor irrigation technicians.
• Enforce all safety policies and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Ensure completion of irrigation work adhering to budget and schedules.
