Rossen Landscape in Sterling, VA is seeking an Irrigation and Lighting Technician to service, repair, and install outdoor irrigation and lighting systems under client contracts. You will demonstrate proficiency with industry tools, safely operate equipment, and apply design plans for residential settings.

Qualifications

• Interpret and follow a lighting and irrigation design plan.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair residential landscape lighting and irrigation systems.
• Work within a budget of time and materials.

• Knowledge of basic landscaping and lawn maintenance practices
• Oral Comprehension, Expression, and Clarity

• Proficiency in Aspire software or similar production software and Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)

Responsibilities

• Irrigation Production - Install, service, and maintain irrigation systems to optimize plant growth and water distribution.
• Lighting Production - Troubleshoot lighting issues, including wiring and transformer problems.
• Water Feature Maintenance - Maintain water features and ensure water quality.
• Snow Service Site Management - Provide winter services and winterization.
• Special Projects - Participate in special projects.
• Time Keeping and Budget - Record time/materials daily through Aspire.
• Safety and Compliance - Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
