Steadfast Alliance is seeking a dependable Irrigation Installation Laborer to join our landscape installation team in Bradenton, FL. The role involves outdoor, physical work installing irrigation systems for residential and commercial projects, with hands-on training provided.

Prior irrigation or landscaping experience is preferred, but willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential. Typical duties include trenching, piping, fitting, controller installation, and system testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in irrigation installation or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Experience with PVC pipe and fittings is a plus.
• Ability to read a basic irrigation plan or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the installation of new irrigation systems for landscape projects.
• Dig trenches and prepare areas for irrigation pipe, valves, sleeves, and other components.
• Install PVC and/or poly irrigation pipe, fittings, valves, heads, drip irrigation, and related components.
• Assist with installation of irrigation controllers, valve boxes, backflow assemblies, and other system components.
• Measure, cut, glue, connect, and assemble irrigation pipe and fittings as instructed.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport irrigation materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with testing irrigation systems for proper operation and identifying installation issues.

Position Summary

Steadfast Alliance is seeking a dependable,hardworking Irrigation Installation Laborer to join ourlandscape installation team in San Antonio, FL.

The Irrigation Installation Laborer will assist with theinstallation of irrigation systems for residential, commercial, and landscapeconstruction projects. This position involves physical outdoor work, includingdigging trenches, installing irrigation pipe and components, operating hand andpower tools, assisting with equipment operation, and maintaining a clean andsafe job site.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, willingto learn, and takes pride in quality workmanship. Previous irrigation orlandscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the rightcandidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistwith the installation of new irrigation systems for landscape projects.
• Digtrenches and prepare areas for irrigation pipe, valves, sleeves, and othercomponents.
• InstallPVC and/or poly irrigation pipe, fittings, valves, heads, drip irrigation,and related components under direction of the Irrigation Crew Leader.
• Assistwith installation of irrigation controllers, valve boxes, backflowassemblies, and other system components.
• Measure,cut, glue, connect, and assemble irrigation pipe and fittings asinstructed.
• Assistwith boring or sleeving irrigation lines under driveways, sidewalks, andother paved areas.
• Operatehand tools and approved power equipment used during irrigationinstallation.
• Assistwith locating existing irrigation, utilities, and landscape featuresbefore and during installation.
• Load,unload, organize, and transport irrigation materials, tools, andequipment.
• Assistwith testing irrigation systems for proper operation and identifyinginstallation issues.
• Assistwith system start-up, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Backfilltrenches and restore work areas upon completion.
• Maintainclean, organized, and safe work areas and job sites.
• Followproject plans, installation instructions, and directions from the CrewLeader.
• Followall company safety policies and properly use required personal protectiveequipment.
• Protectexisting landscaping, structures, hardscapes, utilities, and customerproperty.
• Performother duties related to irrigation and landscape installation as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previousirrigation installation, landscaping, construction, or general laborexperience is preferred but not required.
• Experienceinstalling irrigation pipe, valves, sprinkler heads, drip systems, orcontrollers is a plus.
• Experiencewith PVC pipe and fittings is a plus.
• Experienceoperating landscape or construction equipment is a plus.
• Abilityto use basic hand tools and power tools safely.
• Abilityto read a basic irrigation plan or willingness to learn is a plus.
• Validdriver's license is preferred.
• Reliabletransportation and dependable attendance.
• Abilityto work effectively as part of a crew.
• Strongwork ethic and willingness to learn.
• Abilityto follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• BilingualEnglish/Spanish skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, outdoor position requiring the abilityto:

• Dig,shovel, trench, rake, lift, carry, push, and pull materials.
• Frequentlybend, kneel, squat, climb, and work in awkward positions.
• Liftand carry irrigation pipe, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Workoutdoors for extended periods in Florida's heat, humidity, sun, rain, andvarying weather conditions.
• Safelyoperate or work around irrigation installation equipment and constructiontools.

Irrigation installation work is performed primarily outdoorsat residential, commercial, and landscape construction sites throughout theservice area.

Employees should be prepared for physically demanding workand changing weather conditions. Safety, teamwork, attention to detail, andquality workmanship are essential.
