Green-Way Irrigation is a family-owned irrigation and outdoor lighting company that has been in business for nearly 40 years. We are looking to expand our team and have openings available for installation crew leaders. Our company has built itself on high standards of customer satisfaction and we are looking for trustworthy individuals that can communicate professionally about irrigation and outdoor lighting with our clients.

A qualified applicant must meet or exceed the following requirements:

1. Valid / clean driver's license - subject to insurance approval
2. Ability to communicate clearly in English -- verbally and in writing
3. Minimum of 4 years work experience in the irrigation field
4. Ability to manage a crew of 3 or more
5. Physically capable of digging, lifting, bending and climbing on job-sites
6. Dependable and motivated
7. Strong organizational skills
8. Precise record keeping ability
9. Customer service skills – personable for client interaction and experience
10. Electronically savvy – use of tablet for scheduling and record keeping
11. Knowledge of electrical wiring (up to 30 volts)
12. Knowledge of plumbing (connections and repair of piping)
