This position functions to coordinate all aspects of patients’ pharmaceutical needs in the patient care areas. The duties include but are not limited to:
Patient population includes adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
Registered pharmacist in the State of Ohio; board certified; advanced degree (Pharm.D./MS) and residency; and/or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to perform point-of-care INR.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
