Job summary

ht h companies is hiring an Ironworker to install pre-engineered metal buildings, perform connections, and work at heights. Experience with pre-engineered buildings, pole barns, metal studs, and welding is a plus.

The role requires physical stamina, good math skills, and the ability to use a variety of hand tools in diverse weather conditions. Responsibilities include safety training participation, punctuality, following supervisory directions, and respectful conduct toward all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Experience with pre-engineered buildings is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours.

Ironworker

Position overview:

The ironworker must have the ability to install pre-engineered metal building perform connecting work, and perform work at above ground elevations. Familiarity with basic hand signals and basic rigging knowledge, Safety knowledge while working at heights is required. Experience with pre-engineered buildings, pole barns, metal studs, and welding a plus.

Position Expectations and Duties:

• Promotes safe workplace by participating in safety training, identifying job hazards, wearing correct PPE, and observing for oneself and others.

• Follows directions of manager/ lead/ superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed
