Job summary

hth companies, inc is seeking an Ironworker in Missouri to install pre-engineered metal buildings, perform connecting work, and operate at elevated heights. Candidates should know basic hand signals, rigging, and safety at heights. Welding experience is a plus and the team values safe, efficient work practices.

The role requires climbing, handling power tools, and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout the day. Training and PPE will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with pre-engineered buildings and pole barns.
• Ability to perform work at heights and use hand signals.
• Basic rigging knowledge and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Promotes safe workplace by participating in safety training, identifying job hazards, wearing correct PPE, and observing for oneself and others.
• Shows up on time and ready to complete work
• Follows directions of manager/ lead/ superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed
• Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients
• Takes care of company owned or rented equipment returning in like manor
• Adaptable in methods used to repeat task
• Willing to go the extra mile for the team
• Motivated to learn new skills and trades
• Communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Ability to use assortment of hand tools.
• Strong math skills in basic math, geometry, and algebra.
• Skill to operate a variety of machinery.
• Gather correct tools needed to perform the tasks being completed.
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Work In various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day
