Qualifications

• 3+ years ironworker experience in steel erection.
• Steel erection skills: rigging, connecting, plumbing, and bolting.
• Ability to read plans and follow construction layouts.
• Personal ironworker tools required.
• U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Install and erect structural steel to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure steel connections, alignment, and installation meet standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and layout instructions.
• Maintain tools and materials; keep the jobsite organized.
• Follow safety protocols and stay aware of crew needs.
