LPR Construction Company seeks Ironworker Helpers to join its Louisville, Kentucky team. Positions involve assisting with structural iron and steel erection on various projects nationwide.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, eager to learn, and committed to advancing through the paid apprenticeship program. Per diem and paid travel are offered, along with training through the Apprentice Program, regular raises and promotions for apprentices, and paid holidays after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites and working with structural steel is preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to participate in apprenticeships and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with layout, assembly and installation of structural steel.
• Take measurements and assist with rigging and material handling.
• Install safety lines and posts and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support firewatch or spotter duties as needed.
